H.O.S. is a communication system that helps the citizens to express their needs and dreams, putting them in contact with other citizens who help them improve lives using personal resources under the control of the mayor’s office.

This project aims to solve any kind of problem of the city life, but it especially solves the problem of an insufficient quantity of money to spend to improve the city

H.O.S. works thanks to a digital place where people with ideas can meet other people with resources to realize them, but also offers a physical place to show all the ideas, solutions and examples of how the system has worked in previous cases
